Loyalty Card

Welcome to Club1614

We're delighted to able to reward those that dine and stay with us on a regular basis. To get the most out of your new Loyalty Card the terms and conditions below will guide you through how best to get the most out of your card. If you have any questions regarding Club1614, don't hesitate to give us a ring.


Minimum purchase of £10 per card holder required to redeem points. If your bill is less than £10 no points are earned.
Points cannot be redeemed within 24 hours of purchase. The points you earned today cannot be used today.
The card remains the property of The Old Inn at all times.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points and membership cards are not transferable except for lost or stolen cards
On occasions, Club1614 members might be asked for supporting ID in the use of their card.
The cardholder must be present at the time of points accrual.
Point redemption values on cards can be increased or decreased at any time.
The Club1614 scheme can be withdrawn without notice at anytime.
In the event the Club1614 Scheme is withdrawn no monies or points will be redeemable.
The Old Inn will not enter into any negotiation regarding these terms and conditions.
Membership card holders accept the company's terms and conditions at the point of registration.

Accommodation points can only be earned when booking direct with hotel via our own website, or by calling the hotel on 02891 851355

There are some exceptions to when reward vouchers can be accepted, this is regrettable and is only on peak dates and occasions in order to maintain speed of service.

  • New Years Day
  • Valentines week (Saturday to Saturday either side of 14th February)
  • Mothering Sunday
  • Mid Term Breaks (Easter, Hallowe'en)
  • 14th December to New Years Day (or 2nd Jan if 1st is a Sunday)
