THE GIFT WRAPPED PACKAGE

Based on a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 120 guests (for ceremony seating purposes, 100 maximum). This package is available until 31/12/14.

Sun-Wed: £56 for 2013 & £60 for 2014

Fri-Sat: £76 for 2013 & £80 for 2014

  • Our guarantee of only one wedding per day as a strict policy.
  • Red carpet guest reception.
  • Banqueting Manager will act as your Master of Ceremonies.
  • Dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to help tailor your arrangements.
  • Bridal Preparation Room from 12 Noon on the day of the wedding, until 2.00pm    
  • The Gallery Suite for your wedding ceremony.
  • Post ceremony sparkling wine drinks reception for all guests.
  • The Waterfall Suite for your wedding meal and evening entertainment.
  • White linen tablecloths and linen napkins with preference of fold.
  • Hotel typed table plan for display. (Namecards supplied by bride and groom as required).
  • Personalised menu cards on each table by hotel.
  • Selection of cake stands and cake knife.
  • 4 course dinner menu carefully cooked by our team of award winning chefs, with tea or coffee to conclude.
  • A glass of sparkling toast wine.
  • A glass of house wine per person with the meal.
  • Evening buffet consisting of a selection of finger buffet items.
  • Overnight stay in The Bridal Suite with Full Irish Breakfast next morning.

Includes all components of the above Gift Wrapped Package as well as your  choice of 3 out of the 6 following options to create your tailor made“Inclusive Package”

1. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT & CHAIR COVERS -Quality disco entertainment provided from 8.00pm – 12 Midnight, supplied by Derek West Professional Disco Entertainment. Classic white chair covers with choice of colour theme for co-ordinating bow, for the meal setting.  Supplied by The Chair Cover Company NI.

2. TWO DAIMLER LIMOUSINES & TRADITIONAL 3 TIER WEDDING CAKE -The cars can travel from the greater Belfast area, with an additional £1 per mile per car for collections from outside the greater Belfast area. (In the greater Belfast area we would include north Belfast to Newtownabbey, South Belfast to Finaghy, all of east Belfast, west Belfast to Monagh Bypass. Colours: 2 White , 2 Black & Silver, 2 Black & Cream, 1 Cream & 1 Black & Cream. Supplied by Klass Cars.  The cake would be a traditional iced 3 tier white wedding cake on foil boards, made up of either fruit or sponge with embroidered icing or iced flower décor.  Supplied by Cakeworks.                                       

3. BRIDAL FLOWERS - Including top table floral display (also can double up as ceremony mantelpiece floral display), table centres (5 armed silver candelabra dressed with ivory roses and foliage or fishbowls with seasonal flowers or tall stem vase with seasonal flowers), Brides bouquet, 2 Bridesmaids bouquets, up to 5 button holes for gents.  Supplied by Country Bumpkins.    

4. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER - Includes hire of professional services for photography for the afternoon.  Supplied by Des Rowan, Bradley Quinn or David Coote, with quality contemporary album.  Sample album available for viewing at hotel.     

5. VIDEOGRAPHER - Including 8 hour coverage and 4 DVD’s in cases.   Supplied by Video Visuals.

6. BRIDAL MASSAGE, HAIR AND MAKE UP - From the Hotel Heaven portfolio – for the Bride. Including Tonific Minceur Rejuvenating Swedish Massage, manicure, hair styling consultation prior to the day and styling on the day (up or down) and manual make up to prepare for the most stunning look!  Supplied by Petra Erving.
