Our recent awards for excellence include: Hotel of the Year 2007, awarded by the NITB, the achievement of 87% scoring in our annual AA inspection and more recently, featuring in the UTV Ultimate Ulster Guide as to the second most popular restaurant in NI for dining.

Alex Taylor, has devised exquisite menus for the popular The Parlour Bar; The 1614 Restaurant and The Churn Bistro.

With over 26 years of cheffing experience, both locally based as well as European and US based, Alex has achieved a remarkable accalade of awards and achievements over the years.
