First time using the hotel for business purposes and I will definitely return. The food was fantastic, the room was great and they are upgrading all their bathrooms with power showers at present which is excellent! I will be returning on regular business especially as it is only 8 miles from the City Airport. Can't wait to return!

The Old Inn is a perfect taste of Ireland for any tourist. However being a local, I still find it the quaintest place in the world to stay with all its history. It's difficult to call it a hotel as its just so homely, the staff have always been friendly and after many meals there, December was the first time we ever stayed overnight. The Superior rooms are beautiful, the four poster beds are a wonderful touch and each and every room are unique. The service we received was perfect and breakfast was excellent value for money. We had no doubt booking The Old Inn as our wedding venue for this summer and just hope that the 1st class standard we have received to date is every bit as high for our wedding. We have many overseas visitors booked to stay over and I am sure they will love every minute at The Old Inn and its beautiful surroundings behind at the forest and waterfall. For anyone who doesn’t know, there is a beautiful viaduct to the left of the forest with its trailing ivy and rivers below, Its a very unique experience. For anyone who hasn’t stayed before or read anything negative about the place, I can only believe it was a one-off or glitch in staff at the time, as my experiences there have always been positive, whether it be lunch, dinner, stay over, cup of tea or simply for a mulled wine in the winter. Enjoy!
