FINAL DETAILS APPOINTMENT:
This list can be used to piece your plans together for your wedding reception at The Old Inn.
Once you have worked through the list and made notes of your plans, please telephone The Wedding Co-ordinator to schedule an appointment to discuss your plans.
A one hour appointment will be scheduled for you. Should you feel you need a longer period of time, please advise when you are arranging a suitable time to meet with a member of The Sales Office. If you are unable to come to The Old Inn during business hours for your appointment, we can arrange an evening appointment on Mondays subject to availability.
Please contact The Wedding Co-Ordinator to arrange your meeting approximately ten weeks prior to your Wedding Day. You will receive confirmation of your plans in writing.
Final numbers should then be notified eight days prior to your Wedding Day, for billing purposes. At this stage, the bulk of the bill should be arranged, leaving only extras to settle on departure.
If you feel you need any assistance with working out time schedules or help with third party suppliers, please do not hesitate to contact your Wedding Co-Ordinator. We are happy to help you with suggestions and advice for any matter associated with your wedding, including other suppliers.
